Asset Tracking

Every Asset. Every Location. One Connected View.

Connected asset visibility and real-time location systems that help teams locate equipment, understand movement and manage utilization across buildings and campuses.

  • Indoor location
  • Indoor/outdoor
  • Healthcare equipment
  • Movement events
  • Utilization
  • Inventory
Capabilities

From “where is it?” to “how is it used?”

Indoor Location Tracking

Tag mobile equipment and see its last reported room or zone on your floor plans.

  • Tracking tags & asset identification
  • Location infrastructure & floor-plan mapping
  • Room and zone locations
  • Asset search & location history

Asset Movement

Know when equipment moves between zones — and when it leaves where it should be.

  • Movement events & zone transitions
  • Movement histories
  • Potential separation alerts
  • Missing-asset workflows
  • Configurable notifications where supported

Asset Utilization

Understand availability and distribution so you can rebalance before you buy.

  • Equipment availability
  • Movement patterns & historical use indicators
  • Equipment distribution
  • Inventory optimization
  • Potential replacement-cost avoidance

Indoor/Outdoor Tracking

Follow equipment between buildings, across campuses and into outdoor areas.

  • Compatible location technologies by environment
  • Building-to-building scenarios
  • Campus tracking
  • Outdoor visibility options
When is additional infrastructure needed? Room-level indoor location requires location beacons and gateways designed for the required granularity. Floor- or building-level visibility can need far less. Outdoor visibility uses tags with cellular and satellite positioning, which have different battery and update characteristics. We define this during site design — and we don't promise a single accuracy, update rate or battery life for every deployment.
Healthcare asset tracking

Find the pump. Then find out why there are never enough pumps.

Clinical teams lose time searching for shared equipment, and organizations often buy more units than utilization requires. Try the simulated interface below.

  • Telemetry boxes
  • Wheelchairs
  • Stretchers
  • Infusion pumps
  • Remote video monitoring equipment
  • Intra-aortic balloon pumps
  • Other movable medical devices
How asset tracking works

From tag to operational action.

Tag → Infrastructure → Location processing → Dashboard → Operational action

  1. Tag

Each asset gets a tag and an identifier linked to its record.

  2. Infrastructure

Beacons and gateways collect location signals from tags.

  3. Location processing

Signals are processed to determine room, zone or position.

  4. Dashboard

Assets appear on floor plans with status and history.

  5. Operational action

Staff retrieve equipment, rebalance inventory, or respond to alerts.

Tagging & identification

We help catalog assets, choose tag form factors and attach tags so they survive cleaning and use.

Infrastructure configuration

Site surveys define zones and density. Infrastructure is commissioned and tested against your floor plans.

Reporting & analysis

Location histories feed utilization, distribution and idle-equipment reports.

Estimate the value

A transparent search-time calculator.

Enter your own assumptions. The calculator only multiplies what you provide — it is not based on Atlas customer results.
